What a year, all right I am not here to cheer myself up when I feel really

crappy. Though my job does have the kind of effect that I am glad that I

could put as much energy and love into this occupation, cooking. The

question here is that if I would recommended my job to someone else?

Everyone has different goals and dreams. No one fits into the same shoes,

ie: cook. I would find this world very boring if I recommended people to be

a professional or cook for a living.
If you want to be a cook, be prepared of the stress and at the same time the

rewards.
1. Its repetitious and tedious.
2. Please do your recipes by the book, especially on the desserts.
3. Be creative, because a same dish can vary the way you would like them to

turn out.
4. If you do not know the cooking terms, good luck and pick up your cooking

book or terms.
5. Listen and be a team player. Oh, gee if you don’t you will be end up in

the other corner being miserable.
6. Take all the necessary hygiene because even the cook doesn’t want to feel

or present themselves grubby.
7. There will always be politics in your workplace, even in the kitcken.

Leave your problems from home at home.
8. To eat is a necessity, to eat intelligiently is an art by La

Rochefoucauld.
9. I will see you in the next blog-entry.
